Five months down the road without any blog posts. It could be because I was busy, and when I wasn't, I was lazy.

But here's what happened recently.. (or maybe not so recent).

Haven't been blogging in a while now. Three months to be exact. Which explains all the spams in my chatbox. -_-

Which also made me think if there's anyone out there still reading my blog. Lol.

Been very busy with work thus, the abandoned blog. Should be busy with my books now but I guess updating in here for a while wouldn't hurt.

So, minor updates on happenings within these few months.

Weekend in KayElle

So I spent my weekend in KL.

Tiring one, but nevertheless very enjoyable.

The main reason being in the city was of course - for the concert of my darling Raymond Lam teeheee.

The bf was very kind to accompany me, again, for the concert. So I spent him dinner in TGIF. :)

All ready and prepped up for the concert!

It was a good two and a half hours listening to his songs. Unfortunately he didn't come to the place where I was seated. :(

So I took revenge and stole this! Muahaha!

Since today (or yesterday) fell on a working day, there wasn't any plans in advance. So we just headed to a place (coincidentally the place we had our first "date" together lol) for a simple meal. :)

Just shows how things are at work. :( Hopefully I'll have more time to continue writing in here in the near future. My Europe and UK posts are really far overdue. :(

Anyway, this is a short one to everyone out there. A little too late but better late than never, right? ;)

First post of the year.

Didn't have the time to post something in here because I'm now in the working world! The new year wasn't much of a hoo-haa to me but like everyone else, I have my own resolutions to achieve. Well not really resolutions, just things that I would like to do throughout the year.

1) Lose those weight. Mannnn, this is like the #1 thing to do in the list every single year.
2) Eat healthily. Actually what I really meant was eat HEALTHIER than present.
3) Be more patient and less grumpy - in any way.
4) Save more money.
5) Be more environmental-friendly.
6) Play hard but work harder.

That's all I could think of for now. We'll see how it goes.

#3: Germany

Journey continued from Holland to Luxembourg first.

Okay I just Google-d and found out that Luxembourg is a country itself, surrounded by Germany, France and Belgium, so it meant that I was in eight countries instead of seven. And I thought it was part of Germany. My bad my bad.

Headed to Germany after doing all the sightseeing. First stop and last stop for the night was at Rhine Valley - for dinner.

This soup, I think I also know how to boil.

Carrots, onions, leeks and potatoes and just boil. -_-

German beer for €2.20.

Pork knuckles which was not too bad.

And awesome possum custard pudding. Or something.

ABSOLUTE YUMMINESS!

It was back to hotel after that, and I became some sort of a legend.

Drinking in my Rangers shirt = my pajamas in a bar. *Thumbs up*

My Wei Zen beer + Coke which was €2 (~ RM8).

And came all the craziness.

The locals treated us to some drinks. To "welcome" us. All of them shots. *Faints*

Baileys + Vodka??

Vodka??

I gave up on the last three because my head was spinning hahaha.

Final shot was some shit that was like traditional Chinese oil or dit ta jau.

Smelled and tasted like urghhhh.

2/5 and I nearly got pawned for the night lol~

Definitely had a good sleep!

#2: Netherlands

And so, the journey on the coach continued to Holland.

Loads and loads of clogs!

Super huge ones too.

Plenty of cheese. Yums~

Continued by visiting a DIAMOND factory. Or outlet. Or something.

Not like we had the money to buy them. -_-

A basic way to know whether a diamond is genuine or not is to draw a line and put the diamond on it. If it is genuine, you will not be able to see the line through the diamond.

So yes, that is a genuine diamond. Forgot how many carats it was but it would surely cost a bomb!

Went on to the Red Light District. Lots of prostitutes, strip clubs and sex shops. The ladies would be in their best lingerie, standing/sitting by the huge pane of window, waiting for customers. It would cost around €50 per hour for a session.

It wasn't ALL a pretty sight, trust me. No pictures allowed in that area because bouncers would come up to you and smash your camera, as you are being disrespectful to these ladies.

For those who do not know, prostitution and drugs are legal in Netherlands.

And back to the hotel we went.

And stumbled upon the best toilet bowl in the world!

No more splashes to your butt cheeks when you're doing big businesses!

Or so it seems because I didn't go to space. Lol.

#1: Belgium

Almost three months since I'm back from the UK and here I am, updating about the Europe trip.

I have forgotten most of the details already. T_T

Will try my best to urm, get things right.

After leaving Sheffield at 3am on 17th September, we drove all the way to London and then to the UK/France border, Dover to catch the ferry across the Channel to get to Calais.

P&O Ferries.

We then travelled to Brussels, Belgium.

I didn't know the 'peeing boy' originated from Belgium.

Lots of chocolates!

And waffles! Yum yum.

They each range from €0.50 - €2.50 (if I'm not mistaken), depending on the toppings.

We had the one with Nutella (fourth from right, bottom row) and the one with icing sugar (far right, bottom row).

Finger lickin' good! (Although that line is supposed to go with KFC.)

And this is some building.

Due to the reason that our tour guide was a Chinese who lived in France, he only spoke Mandarin, a little Cantonese (not like I understood) and NO ENGLISH. He changed all the buildings' and places' names into Mandarin. Brussels was like 'BU-LU-SAI' wtfffff. Had to rely on some friends to do the translation.

I don't get it, he's been living in Europe for so many years but he doesn't speak English???? Sigh.

Anyway, day 1 was a short day because everyone was really tired from not sleeping well in the coach. Had dinner and then headed back to the hotel for some good rest!

Day 2.

We look forward for breakfast everyday.

And then we got bored towards the end because it was the same thing most of the time. :/

Stopped at the Atomium for a little to get some photo shots.

Backpacking!

I still haven't found the inspiration to blog about Europe. Not like I'd found any to start on my books yet. Tell me about it.

So this is another short post on my backpacking whereabouts after the Europe trip.

i) Manchester

The one and only regret I had in Manchester was not being able to visit Old Trafford. Thanks to the English Premier League that was going on. Sigh.

ii) Ireland

My very own perfect pint of Guinness!

Never liked it but it didn't taste too bad, contrary to the Malaysian one.

iii) Scotland

Highlands of Scotland.

It was autumn and our guide said that we were very lucky to have the sun.

Love this picture because it's exactly like a postcard (with me in it).

iv) Newcastle upon Tyne

I've heard so much about London and was looking much forward to this place. BUT (there's always a 'but'), I.. don't.. really like this place. Everything was moving so quickly. The cars, the vans, the buses, the PEOPLE. Makes me wonder if these people ever slow down a pace in their lives.

But I never said I didn't like the shopping there, did I? :p

Told ya there's always a 'but'! ;)

This is a short filler post on my Deepavali weekend. :)

I was in Cameron Highlands!

If you guys remember, I once said that I was brought up by an Indian lady, whom I share the same birth date with. She is my second mummy and her family is like my family as well.

Anyways, after so many years of not spending Deepavali together, I followed them to Cameron Highlands for a few days.

Having a leeeeetle trouble going up the Boh Tea Farm.

We had a great time relaxing and walking around in the cool weather. :)

Europe!

I think it's time for some update eh? ;)

Uni exams ended on 16th September and on that same night itself, I left my beloved home in Sheffield for Europe. Was in the continent for two weeks (17th - 30th); leaving footprints in seven countries during the period.

Average time spent in one country is about two days. -_-

You know how people go for food testing in a buffet during the first round to see which dish that they like the most? And then eat more of what they liked from the second round onwards? This Europe trip works exactly like that.

It's like a 'country testing' thing to see which countries that we liked. And then we have to fork out more money to go to those specific countries that we want to explore in depth in the future.

Anywayyyyyyyyy.. the seven countries are:

i) Belgium

Sightseeing in the city of Brussels.

ii) Netherlands (or better known as Holland)

With the three oldest (I think) windmills.

Luxembourg.

iii) Germany

Eating the famous German pork knuckles in a restaurant in Rhine Valley.

Not forgetting German beer in a local beer house in Munich!

iv) Austria

At Swarovski Crystal World in Innsbruck.

v) Italy

In Verona - touching Juliet's erm, boobies for luck in love life.

(Don't know why because the Romeo and Juliet story didn't have a good ending????)

(You might also recognize this statue if you'd watched Letters to Juliet.)

(Sigh super sunny and hot and sweaty that day but still had to put on my sweater in case the guards didn't let me in.)

The Last Chapter: Sheffield

I nearly started my post with > UK: Saturday (231010); 0210 hours. And then I remembered that I'm already back home. -_-

Damn I miss Sheffield so much. :'(

Promised promised promised myself to return there sometime in the future. I miss my room in Charlotte Court. I miss walking 20 minutes in the cool breeze to Uni. I miss going grocery shopping. I miss experimenting in the kitchen. Omg I miss so many things. I know, it's weird to be missing stuffs in Malaysia when I'm over there and when I'm back here I'm missing things back in the UK.

Human nature.

It was awesome being overseas even though it wasn't for a long period. (In a way thank goodness I wasn't there longer because I might have turned into a big fat giant.)

I came to know of different types of people: kiasu ones, kiasi ones, ignorant ones, selfish ones, pretentious ones, free-riders, attention-seekers, etc. Not forgetting those who were really my friends.

These four months would be a once-in-a-lifetime memory that I will never ever forget. Definitely would not have the chance to experience it if not for my parents who sent me there. Thank you Ma and Pa.

Sheffield, you will always be a part of me.

Damn. I wanted to update something cheerful in here but it turned out emo. Hahaha.

Currently filtering all the photos taken during the one month travel period. The amount of photos can seriously make me go bonkers. I swear.

Birthday surprise my flatmates and another three friends gave me when the clock hit 0000 hours on 7th September 2010.

I never knew that was coming, seriously. Was so touched!

See how sneaky they were; using the alarm thing to tempt me out of the room. But I thought they were fooling around and when the alarm didn't stop I thought it was MY ROOM'S FIRE ALARM. Sheesh.

They couldn't get any candles but instead made a 'M' on the cake using Kit Kats. Aww..

Chatsworth Part I: Garden

Visit was made on 280810. Took a bus for £5.50 to and fro. Entrance for both the garden and house was £9.50 but we got a 10% discount as we booked online, making it £8.55.

The rainbow was there because it was raining so we had to wait around an hour until it stopped. Sheesh.

I have two weeks left in Sheffield and currently, am in the midst of packing things to ship them back.

WAR IN MY ROOM.

A Hush Puppies shoe box can not only fill in a pair of shoes. I will show you what else it can fill.

1. Take out the HP shoes and put in a pair of sandals.

2. Put another pair in on top of the first pair.

3. Fit three bottles of perfume in.

4. Stack the shoes on top of them all.

Ta-da!

Except that the boyfriend's left side of the shoe might smell like FCUK Her and the right side might smell like FCUK Connect Him. Hmm..

Outcome: A pair of Hush Puppies shoes, two pairs of sandals, FIVE bottles of perfume and some other small miscellaneous stuff i.e. earrings, key chain, magnet.

Cornwall Day 3: Bristol & Bath

We were given time till 12pm to explore Bristol a little before checking out from the hotel. Woke up at 7 plus and started our "exploration" (more of a shopping spree actually) in the city.

To get to the castle, we could either walk across when the tide was low or take a boat ride which would cost £1.50 one way.

The tide was rising when we were there, so we didn't opt to get across.

Paying a £3.80 entrance fee wasn't an issue here. We were all doubting whether to enter the castle as we would need to climb a very steep hill/cliff to get to the peak. This was our fourth destination and you can imagine how exhausted we were already.

But our tour guide said the climb will be worth it, so we all trusted him.

This wasn't even halfway yet. We were only in front of the entrance. T_T

We headed to Bristol for the night.

Had dinner in this place called Hollywood, which I reckon the boss was a Malaysian.

Wanna cry. I can eat in Kim Gary until I vomit with RM44. T_T

Main course - Ginger and Spring Onion Chicken Rice.

Dessert - Sago with Coconut Milk and Gula Melaka.

Cornwall Day 1: Newquay & Perranporth

I haven't got to my assignments yet but I guess we all need some time off sometimes. Yes? :)

So are you ready for my Cornwall adventure?? (Not ready then go away hahahaha.)

We departed on Friday night around 2345 hours, so that we would save time by traveling and sleeping at the same time. I didn't get to sleep very well because the seat couldn't be lowered much and there wasn't much space for me to stretch my legs. But anyhow, the journey took around six hours and by the next morning, we reached the first destination.

Newquay (Pronounced 'Newkey').

Was so excited to have breakfast I forgot to take note of the name of the shop. T_T

My very yummy traditional English breakfast! @ £4.29.

There was bacon, a sunny side up, half tomato, a sausage, black pudding, hash browns, baked beans, two slices of toast with butter, and coffee!

Then, we headed for the beaches.

Then, walked to The Island.

Walked all the way to the Harbour. (My legs were killing me already.)

As you can see I was quite nervous climbing up that thing.

M: But a lot lor.
H: Will affect one. As I know, Malaysians go Australia will drop bulu kaki a lot. Maybe 'cuz UK is in the north hemisphere, so will drop a lot of hair gua.

The Stress Reliever

This was dinner just now - instant mushroom soup, a whole garlic baguette, and two baked pork sausages. All from Sainsbury's.

And don't ask. I don't know why I'd toasted the whole baguette as well. -_- Full to the brim!

I call it the stress reliever because I spent a whole lot of 20 minutes to finish my meal, while sitting in front of my laptop, watching a Korean variety show and laughing very loudly to myself.

Such bliss.

Not Me, But Me

Warning: This is so not me but emo post ahead.

Today's class made me ponder on lots of things and I think I need to get this all out because it's really unhealthy keeping emo thoughts to myself.

Sometimes I wonder why is it so hard to please someone? We work our butts off (in some cases, I work my butt off) but we don't get what we expect to get. We try to think out of the box but yet it doesn't work because it's not what someone wants.

I'm getting tired of this as each week passes.

Taking that out of consideration, things get worse when you get people that are.. "not so cooperative" to work with. In short, you know you're screwed when they just solely do their part (without much effort), and leave the rest to you.

I was reading from a blog about one being the fourth runner in a relay race.

A website stated: "The most popular strategy for running a successful relay race is running your best runner last."

Actually, I don't mind being the fourth runner because I get to learn about lots of things this way. In fact, I was already one since my college days.

But I cannot accept when someone goes (through action, not words): Nah, this is my part. I have nothing to do with it anymore kthxbai. *Whistle whistle*

I CANNOT ACCEPT. How to win the bloody race liddat?

But not like I can do anything about it. Fml.

Studying in the UK is not a bed of roses.

This is the real life.

There. I'd said it all out. I hope I feel better tomorrow. Maybe a doze of shopping or relaxing at the park might work.

Cheshire Oaks & Liverpool

I'm writing this post with much pain and disappointment. (Read till the end to know why.)

Oh, I didn't mention about going to Cheshire Oaks (CO) and Liverpool here, did I? I spent the weekend there with seven other friends and just got back yesterday.

We took the train from Sheffield to Liverpool around 7 something in the morning and reached Liverpool around 9 plus. (I can't remember the exact time; the trains here depart at super weird timing such as 0732 and they are very punctual!)

You know, I always had this in mind - if I had loads of money imma buy a big big piece of land and build a house in the middle of it and rear cows and horses and lambs. So nice ain't it?

We headed to the bus stop to take a bus to Cheshire Oaks which was around an hour away.

Which bus to take?

Ahh.. this one!

Bus fare for to and fro.

We were carrying our bags through out the whole time shopping in CO. Did lots of walking in CO itself and not forgetting the "wonderful" walk from the bus stop in Sir Thomas Street in Liverpool to Everton Hostel. Damn kao okay that half an hour's walk. With all our bags and shopping items some more! T_T

Three friends ordered pizzas for dinner.

Maple, Fatt and I ate Sainsbury's instant noodle @ £0.19 each and some Real McCoy's chips. I was too tired and if Maple did not wake me up to eat I would have dozed off until the next morning.

We each paid £16.67 for the stay in the hostel.

Took all our things and set off to explore Liverpool. Hopped onto a bus to the city centre and made our way on foot to Albert Dock. Again I stress, we were carrying all our bags with us. *Roll eyes*

Then we headed for shopping again, in Liverpool One. WITH ALL OUR STUFFS IN HAND AGAIN. *CRY*

It says: Chinese and Thai Cuisine but I was expecting too much (i.e. tom yum) and got nothing spicy from the buffet. -_-

Headed to the train station as the shops were all closed at 5pm.

Stupid pigeon lifted one of its legs and "shat" there.

Everyone was dead tired and thus, no more pictures.

Now, why pain and disappointed?

1. Carried things everywhere we went and walked everywhere with it. Today I woke up with a pain neck. Not forgetting, my shoulders and back hurts and my legs and arms are aching. That explains the PAIN.

2. People who went to CO and Liverpool One said they didn't had enough of time to walk into all the shops. They bought six/seven pairs of Nike/Adidas/Reebok/Fred Perry/etc shoes each, shirts, branded handbags, sunnies etc etc. We walked two rounds in CO and entered into selected outlets in Liverpool One (because my slippers koyak-ed while walking to the hostel and I had to wear my ballerina sandals and the thing was killing my feet.)

What did I get? You wait for my next post. Then you will understand why DISAPPOINTED. Lol.

Lesson learnt from this trip: I can NEVER EVER be a backpacker. Need to carry all the things and walk a lot and sleep in super eerie hostels (could be with strangers in the same room too!).

I'm gonna end abruptly here. Need to work on my report writing $*&^%@!

Toilet Tales

Their toilets.

Well, I've never been to ALL the toilets in the UK. So far only toilets in Service Centres (or what you call the R&R back home) on the way to Cambridge and Stonehedge, a public toilet in Whitby and those in the University.

I'll say again that I've never been to all toilets around the UK. But so far, I'm pretty satisfied with the toilets I'd used. Keep in mind that I'm commenting on PUBLIC toilets and not those in the University or cafes.

1. Shit loads of toilet paper provided. Now this is superbly awesome. Imagine you enter a toilet, to find out that there's NO TOILET PAPER provided and there's NONE in your handbag. Sucks to the max.

2. Dry floor. This is pretty good too. I respect the people here for being able to keep the floors dry. Dry = clean. Wet = eww.

3. Clean toilet seats. Makes you even more comfortable using the toilet. Though I'm not used to sitting on public toilet seats. Pardon me, but I've trained myself to pee pee without sitting directly on the toilet seat. And no, that doesn't mean climbing on the toilet seats and squatting on top.

Nowwwwwwwww, in contrast with Malaysia's toilets.

1. Needless to say. NO toilet papers. So if you need to do some "big business", make sure you have packets and packets of tissue paper.

2. Wet. What's worse is that when people step into the toilet, the soles of the shoes will obviously cause the puddle of water to turn brown/black. Sigh.

3. Referring to point two above, some people will tend to squat on sitting toilets. And cause the seats to be wet with dirty water as well. Urgh. Which is why I prefer squatting toilets. But that will mean people will rinse the floor, which turns back to point two - wet floor again.

Alamak. This toilet tale really hard to kau tim.

But it still doesn't point out the reason why Malaysia's public toilets cannot have shit loads of toilet paper ma! >:(

And pssst, if I manage to find dirty toilets in the UK I might post my rants in here. :p

So-Called Picnic

Referring to my previous post, my friends and I were supposed to go for a picnic at the nearby park. I was super excited because you don't really get to go for picnics in Malaysia, do you? But we were unable to do so.

Weather, you ought to say sorry to me. >:(

Since we had already prepared the food, we ended up 'picnicking' in Maple's flat.

I only made mashed potatoes with mashed eggs. I had to wake up TWO hours in advance to prepare the filling.

But when I went over to Maple's, look what her flatmate had prepared. :/

Salisbury Town

We then headed to Salisbury Town, which was around 30 minutes away.

The first thing that made me smile.

Felt so happy looking at the ducks bathing.

And two ducks were playing and "chasing" each other in the river. Awww..

I think I've never seen any swans in my life before hahahaha. Unless I'd forgotten about it.

I wanted to update on Salisbury Town first but since Juney is so excited to see all my barang-barang, I will blog about my first trip to Meadowhall. :D

It was just two days back, Sunday and opening hours were 11am-5pm. Maple being the crazy one doubted to go on a Sunday because its opening hours were relatively shorter compared to weekdays and also Saturdays. But I can tell you, six hours of walking is not an easy task.

Stonehenge

I visited Stonehenge on Saturday. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the Medieval World, just so you know. :)

The journey took FOUR hours.

Weather was good!

I'd expected Stonehenge to be much bigger, thus the teeny weeny disappointment I had.

Still, I couldn't help but wonder in awe how this prehistoric earthwork was built. It's still a mystery.

Stonehenge was not in its original form, due to:
i) some stones had fallen off,
ii) some stones had been removed, and also
iii) some stones had been re-straightened in its positions.

What you see in the pictures, is only about half of what's built.

The Trip To A Church..

I was so excited to see this church in particular - Saint Mary's Cathedral in Salisbury. It was huge and the exterior designs were so beautiful!

Momma said whenever we enter a church for the first time, we should pray and make a wish and that wish may be fulfilled. So, I thought of entering the church to pray for my ACCA results, which will soon be released next month.

In the end, I didn't enter the church.

So disappointed. :(

And then I bought a crazily huge egg tart! For 85 pence.

And also big onions omelet, which was more of a 'big onions scrambled eggs' because the eggs stuck unto the pan. *Sad*

I'm starting to love cooking but the bad part of this is that I run out of ideas very fast. Sighs.

The Wonderful Trip To Whitby

I love love love today's trip! The place was so serene and peaceful and I could just sit there whole day long enjoying the sunshine and breeze.

The Trip To Cambridge

Otw to Cambridge which took around 2.5 hours.

Why their fields so beyooootiful one? Malaysia's all dried up or burnt. :/

We sat on punts once we reached Cambridge!

Punts are like those boats you see in Venice, or what you call a gondola.

Saw so many different duckies. But I still like Mandarin Ducks.

Like I'd said, it's very rare to see ducks in Malaysia except roasted ones.

Coincidentally it was Graduation Day.

I was in Cambridge for a day trip yesterday. I love going into churches here in the UK because I think they are very beautiful. Classic and lovely architectural structures.

This is The Great St. Mary's Church.

Got in and prayed for a while. Took some pictures. Walked around.

Read petitions by people: Pray for my family, pray for a peaceful world. Pray for my health. Etc.

People In The UK

It was just my third day in Sheffield, and I already observed some differences between people here and those back in Malaysia.

Just before I walked to uni yesterday, the 'rubbish men' (or so we call them back in Malaysia) came to the dormitory to collect the rubbish.

This is the way they do it.

Come to think of it, if Malaysia had this system, it may not work either. That's because the majority of the people (if not all) have the tendency to throw their garbage OUT of the garbage cans. -_-

Even as I walk on the streets of Sheffield, I hardly see any rubbish around. There will be someone walking around, with this thing that looks like a long garbage picker to collect those they see along the street. In Malaysia, people (majority again, if not all) will just throw as they walk thinking, "It doesn't matter, there will be people who will pick them 'cuz they are paid to do it." This is very true, as I myself did it before. But that's how it goes back home, no? Nowadays, I try very hard to find a garbage bin as I believe that to keep a place clean, people should co-operate and not have the "tidak apa" attitude. Hmm, I wonder when are people gonna have the same thinking like I do.

My £3 (RM15) Fish & Chips.

As I had my lunch in the uni's cafe, I realized this:

I presume they are lecturers and staff of the uni.

And there they were, sitting in the same compound as the students do, eating and chatting away. This is something very rare back at home. Teachers, lecturers, tutors and staff will be eating away in another special room allocated for them, enjoying their food in the air-conditioned room, while we sweat away in the stuffy and packed canteen/cafe. Veryyy nice! Sometimes I just don't understand why we need to practice this superior and subordinate relationship all the time.

Lastly, again during lunch, I saw this girl who came around and wiped the tables. With her, she carried along a towel (duh~) and a small pail containing soaped water.

Then she wiped, wiped and wiped the table with much erm, I don't know how to say this, enthusiasm? She made sure to wipe the bits and pieces of food off and that the table was clean enough for another person. I'm not sure if it's just her or do the others do the same as well. But I was really suprised!

First, people at home don't carry a small pail containing water (or soaped water) around with them. The cloth that they used, will probably be used to wipe 10 different tables, without washing. Even if they washed it, it's just plain rinsing. Ends up, a white cloth would be black and yet they will be using it to wipe tables. Disgusting!

Second, the table is wiped just for the sake of doing it. Like, what's the point of wiping a table clean if the cloth was dirty and oily? Wiping the table would probably make it even worst. Gosh. As I type this I feel very disgusted already. I think I should stop now because I'm gonna have dinner soon.

P/S: When I say people back home, I don't mean ALL of them. It just applies to certain ones.

First Day In Uni

That's the amount of students from TARC going to uni. The locals who saw us walking probably thought why the town was suddenly infested with Asians. Haha!

Also will try to get a ride here some day.

Haven't tried getting on The Eye Of Malaysia though.

Their buildings are so beautiful I tell you.

Malaysians will never ever bother to do this!

The sky was a little cloudy but no rain except a little in the afternoon.

And then we headed to Netto to get some groceries. Walked so much in a day our legs were gonna break.

Hello everybody!!

I'm safe and sound in Sheffield now. The place here is awesome! Erm, except for the weather. It's superbly cold especially when the wind blows. Think I need to get a pair of gloves soon. Lol.

Anyway, let's go back all the way to the start. I finished my ACCA papers on Friday and left hostel the very same evening. Since I was tired, it can be said that the packing was only done on Saturday itself, the very same day I was leaving! Imma superwoman!

Full to the brim!

I was absolutely mesmerized by the scenery. Lots of large green fields. It was perfect for photo-taking. However, I only got my digital camera but not too bad lah! The memory will be captured forever in my mind.

If this were houses in Malaysia, I think gone~ All robbed.

The boyfriend took me for a erm, "farewell" dinner just few hours ago before I head off to the UK next weekend. We went to Shogun again since I knew he wanted to have Japanese.

Very obvious that he is a salmon fan.

I tried some bits of the raw fish, and two seconds later I drowned my taste buds with Lamb Teppanyaki :/

I prefer these :)

I didn't take much pictures this time around because we were busy chomping down our food.

But I couldn't really forget about this, could I?

Lastly, my fatty (I'm so dead lol) - who always makes my day - & I.

Ice-Cream Makes Our Day!

Yesterday night, during our yumcha session in Station 1, Myke suddenly talked about an ice-cream parlor in De Garden. He said can mix the ice-cream ourselves and I said, "Okay, let's go tomorrow!"

Come 3pm (or 3.15pm to be exact lol), Vic and Yin came to pick me up and off we went, looking much forward to the ice-cream session.

Ta-da!

Damn careful ok when I picit the ice-cream thing into my cup scared later too much I no money to pay T_T
