The Underworld

This post is one which is long overdue. Since the Maxis Broadband connection in my bro's place is always being a bitch, I couldn't upload photos. So this had to wait till I'm back in Ipoh.

Now, sit back and relax. I'm going to take you for a journey in the underwaters of Redang Island.

Enjoy!

Nice, right? Yes but no. It's scary when there's so many fishes surrounding you like that.

Ikan bilis, anyone?

See that black fish over there? Don't underestimate it eventhough it's small. It bit my finger!

Yeah, babyyyy..

Nemo's are the cutest fishes on earth. They are very shy, too.

Oh, Chrismassy time!

I did managed to see a dolphin during my first trip to Redang back in 2005.

Looks like bougainvillea. Yes? No?

Jeng, jeng, jeng! Steve Irwin's worst enemy.

Baby shark. I guess it's a vegetarian.

Kissable lips. *Muah muah*

Swim harder! Go, go, go!

Says the thing on the right:
"If you come any nearer, I'm gonna bite you right in your a**!"

I wonder if this guy returned to shore with his fingers intact.

This looks like the mushrooms we eat in bak kut teh. *LOL*

And, and this anemone looks like nipples? Or.. *coughs*

Wait a sec, now this looks like sperm? Hahahaha.

Lastly, clear salty water!

Hope you enjoyed looking at the pictures! =D

It's Really The Best Damn Thing!

Today's front page of The Star newspaper caught my attention. I nearly had a shock of my life.

No, it wasn't because of the aircraft that crashed into a home in Taman Cempaka. Or neither was it the RM30 billion expenditure by the government. Or whatever it is, I'm not bothered.

It was this.

AVRIL LAVIGNE IS COMING TO MALAYSIA????

Oh. My. God. Avril. Lavigne. Is. Coming. To. Malaysia. In. August.

OMGOMGOMG! *Gasps for air*

I have to go for her concert! I HAVE to! I can't miss this one and only opportunity where it's her one stop in South East Asia for her 'The Best Damn Thing World Tour'.

Dammit.

Now, I have the chance to meet her. In person. On stage!
Yes, I know I sound so sakai but I can't help it okay.
This is so exhilarating!

Now, the problem is.. where I'm supposed to find a sponsor for my first concert ticket? *Grumble grumble*

Anyone?

Joke of the Year

Quote of the day:
"Shut up. I'm not in a good mood today, so don't step on my tail. Or else I'll bite your backside."
by Taxation lecturer.

Oh yes, he IS funny. At times. Today my friend and I got screwed because we didn't know how to answer his question. Or maybe because she wanted to help me out.

HELLO? Just because you talk like a bullet train, you can't expect me to answer you like one too right??

My God, hell no I'm ever gonna touch tax! If I could, I definitely would! Not like I have a choice now. *SCREAMS!*

Okay, a few weeks (or months) back, remember of the issue that girls in school uniforms are labeled sexy?

Now, I present to you the fact that women in lipstick and high heels would actually lead to immoral activities! You wouldn't wanna know why. People have weird thinkings, seriously. How on earth would that happen? This statement is so disgraceful. Did they mean to say that it's the females' fault for any immoral sexual activities that happen or are they trying to degrade men?

I wouldn't like to think about how the males would fantasize doing that with a female with lipstick on and wearing high heels. Sounds so sex-maniac-like. Even if it's true, I don't think all men are like that. No?

The next thing we would probably hear is that women will be banned from the streets. There! Easy-peasy. Nobody would get raped or whatever, no maksiat would happen. Stay put and do your thing at home.

They wouldn't understand the real fact that the problem lies behind some "lustful and have pornographic images stucked in their brain" people. Just because of these idiots, they would have to blame it on the population of the ladies.

How unfair. Kita memang boleh.

Before I end, regarding my previous post, I'd actually chosen Guy A. Adui, I don't wanna stay with a guy who would scream in delight each time he wins a game. Hahahaha. To those who chose the latter, yes, I understand why.

Grilled Chicken Salad vs Tau Foo Fah

Yesterday, I followed my brother to Bar Savanh in Mont Kiara. In a conversation with one of his colleagues, he asked me what do I find in a guy. As in a check-list. So at 1am in the morning, I was cracking my head trying to answer him. He summoned me question after question, and this struck me in the head. 'Cause there isn't any check-list for me. It's subjective, right? And it also depends on the chemistry between you and the guy. Again, right?

Anyways, my brother's colleague gave me a scenario. He asked me which guy would I pick if I'm given two choices.

Guy A
He is 32 years old (keep in mind of my age, please), is a lawyer and owns a law firm. This guy is stable and has a plan for the future. However, he only likes me.

Right.

Guy B
He's 25, is a marketing executive and all he cares about life is it's present situation. No plans for future, no nothing. The nicer part of this guy is that he loves me a lot; and his PlayStation too.

Okayyyy.

After much thinking, I chose Guy B. The reason? He loves me.

That's layer 1. Now let's move on to layer 2.

We shall assume that I equally like both Guy A and B - although I'm quite sure this wouldn't happen.

Guy A and I have much more room for improvement.

Guy B's life will revolve around his PS forever.

Again I'm being asked, which guy I will choose.

The answer is quite obvious, isn't it?

However, in real life, no one can actually analyse about something like this. Nobody can predict what will happen in the future. But I'm just curious about what other girls think so I'll appreciate if comments are left. Guys, if you can put yourself in the shoes of a girl, you're definitely welcomed to comment too. =)

So which will you choose? A plate of grilled chicken salad where it can only be found in Western restaurants or a bowl of tau foo fah in which it can be found anywhere?

A Short Update

Currently am sick, literally and also sick of college stuffs.
Things have not settled down yet even though the new semester will enter its 4th week soon. I still don't get what the lecturers are lecturing on and I can't seem to study in the new class that I'm in. i shouldn't be bitching about people in here, but *screams* things don't seem to mingle even up to this stage. Okay, you guys reading will probably have no idea on what the heck I'm trying to say. I just need to babble this out. My application to change to another class is still being processed; the office takes forever to do things.

Went to watch the first live show of So You Think You Can Dance? Season 2 in Ruums, KL last week to support Jorida aka Jda. The placed was packed and it was a little disorganized since we had to wait for around 45 minutes before we were allowed to enter.

Aishah Sinclair looking through her notes during the commercial break. I hate to say this but she always fumble on her words. Anyhow, I still like to see her hosting. She always look so cheerful.

My ticket all crumpled up at the end of the day.

Because I have a really terrible 2.0 megapixel phone camera, the pictures I took were very blur and horrible.

Everyday was pretty much the same - waking up, going to classes, come back, eat and sleep. It really spells boring. Went to Midvalley Megamall to do a bit of shopping since the sales are still on. Only managed to buy a shirt.

Camera time with lalat sunnies!

Came back yesterday for Father's Day and since I was sick (and homesick as I wasn't back for 3 weeks), wanted to "nourish" a little bit. Mum's cooking is still the best!

Met up with Evon, I-vy and Mei Yann - went to Sincero Riverbank after barely 2 hours stepping into home. The place was empty, surprisingly. I didn't know why did we go there because we ended up chatting (or maybe screaming at each other) and I'd nearly lose my voice. And surprisingly again, they served good pizza. I would say better than Pizza Hut, seriously.

I'm making this very short because I want to get into my bed soon. Still have to wake up early tomorrow for church. I know, what a boring post. I can't help it. The brain of a sick person wouldn't work properly especially late at night.

..::x::x::x::x::x::x::x::x::..

Just something for my close friend. Though it's a little early.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY VIENZ!
(16th June 2008)

X'mas Eve 2005.
I like this picture a lot!

Girl, if you're reading this, hope you have an enjoyable day even though you have classes. Miss you so much and can't wait to see you end of this year!
